The electronic copy of the letter transferred to your smartphone can then be shown to other health care professionals looking after you.
It contains information about why you may have a difficult airway and what worked and did not work for placing the breathing tube into your windpipe.
We recommend that you check the information on your smartphone with the letter to make sure all the information is the same.
